What is your sample policy and sample lead time?
We will provide the samples free of charge and the shipping cost will be on the receiver’s account. Usually, the sample lead time is 7 days after getting your sample request.
Is your company a trading company or do you have your own factory?
We are a manufacturer; our factory was established in 2005. In the past 17 years, our products were exported to more than 40 countries from 6 continents. Our main product range covers whiteboards, bulletin boards, flipcharts, mobile boards. They can be made in our standard model or customized sizes and designs.
How to main the dry erase whiteboard calendars?
If the whiteboard is maintained properly, the lifetime will be prolonged. Please make sure the surface won’t be scratched by sharp objects and please use high quality whiteboard markers. And please erase with micro fiber cloth and deep clean with whiteboard cleaner on a regular basis.
Can you ship the orders by LCL?
We can ship the order by LCL even though we really suggest to ship them in full containers because this will protect the boards the best. For LCL shipment, we will pack the boards into cartons and then onto pallets. The pallets will be protected from all four sides to make sure you receive the boards in perfect conditions.
